Documents to bring

Wills & Estate Planning: 

  • Details of your chosen Executors, Beneficiaries, Attorneys and Medical Treatment Decision Makers (this includes, FULL legal names, Residential address, Date of birth, Phone number).
  • Any previous Estate Planning documents you have prepared. 


Deceased Estates: 

  • Original Death Certificate.
  • Original Will, if our office does not already hold it.
  • Executor's Identification (preferably a Driver Licence and Australian Passport)*.
  • Deceased's Identification (if available).
  • Asset details of the deceased (this may vary but can include); 

  1. Motor Vehicles (cars, boats, caravans, etc) 
  2. Bank accounts
  3. Insurance policies
  4. Share details
  5. Superannuation
  6. Certificate of Title/s for any properties 


Conveyancing: 

  • Annual Council Rates Notice 
  • Water Rates Notice
  • Your Identification, which includes:*

  1. Driver Licence
  2. Australian Passport

If you do not have one of the above, then consider the following:

  1. Birth Certificate
  2. Medicare Card
  3. Marriage Certificate, if name has changed since Birth. 
  4. Centrelink Card
