- Details of your chosen Executors, Beneficiaries, Attorneys and Medical Treatment Decision Makers (this includes, FULL legal names, Residential address, Date of birth, Phone number).
- Any previous Estate Planning documents you have prepared.
Deceased Estates:
- Original Death Certificate.
- Original Will, if our office does not already hold it.
- Executor's Identification (preferably a Driver Licence and Australian Passport)*.
- Deceased's Identification (if available).
- Asset details of the deceased (this may vary but can include);
- Motor Vehicles (cars, boats, caravans, etc)
- Bank accounts
- Insurance policies
- Share details
- Superannuation
- Certificate of Title/s for any properties
Conveyancing:
- Annual Council Rates Notice
- Water Rates Notice
- Your Identification, which includes:*
- Driver Licence
- Australian Passport
If you do not have one of the above, then consider the following:
- Birth Certificate
- Medicare Card
- Marriage Certificate, if name has changed since Birth.
- Centrelink Card
