Acquisition of O'Halloran Davis

J MacGregor Legal acquired the firm O'Halloran Davis of Moe in June 2023.  The acquisition signified a remarkable opportunity for clients of O'Halloran Davis, as they can now rely on J MacGregor Legal for their legal matters and access to their security documents or files.

J MacGregor Legal, with its deep understanding of Wills, Estate Planning, Deceased Estates, Commercial Law, and Property matters, has built a strong reputation for providing exceptional legal services. Jade MacGregor, our Principal Lawyer, was born and raised locally in Trafalgar, attending Trafalgar Primary School and Trafalgar High School and can draw on her local knowledge to provide exceptional services to her clients.  
 

J MacGregor Legal is committed to ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining the utmost security and confidentiality of clients' sensitive information. J MacGregor Legal will hold in their possession security documents that were in the ownership of O'Halloran Davis and will provide an opportunity to clients who wish to review or collect them.
 

The doors to O'Halloran's office at 12-14 Kirk Street, Moe have now closed, and operations have been relocated to our Trafalgar Office. O'Halloran Davis clients will feel comfortable knowing they will still be able to see the friendly face of Lorraine who will continue on with J MacGregor Legal. 

We are pleased to advise that the transfer of deeds previously held by O'Halloran Davis in Kirk Street, Moe has now been completed. All deeds are now securely held by J MacGregor Legal in Trafalgar. If you are a former O’Halloran Davis client and have not received a letter from us confirming the relocation of your deeds, please contact our office.
