Jade MacGregor is the Principal Solicitor of J MacGregor Legal. Jade was born and raised locally in Trafalgar, attending Trafalgar Primary School and Trafalgar High School. She then studied at Deakin University in Geelong and graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction majoring in Finance.
Jade was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria as an Australian Lawyer in 2015 and worked in a boutique law firm in Geelong gaining experience in Wills & Deceased Estates, Conveyancing & Property Transfers and Commercial Law.
After returning to Gippsland with her husband and young family, Jade wanted to give back to the local community by providing affordable and professional legal advice and services.
Outside of work, Jade enjoys spending time with her children and husband and running.
Bryce was born and raised in Trafalgar, where he attended Trafalgar Primary School before continuing his education at Marist-Sion College in Warragul. His interest in law led him to Victoria Law School, from which he graduated in 2015 with Honours.
Bryce was admitted as an Australian Lawyer to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2018 and as a Solicitor to the High Court of Australia in 2021.
Since entering the legal industry, Bryce has gained valuable experience in Commercial Law, Property Law and Estate Planning within both Melbourne and regional law firms.
Outside of work, Bryce enjoys spending time with his young family.
Sammy Joined our firm in 2023.
Sammy, our friendly receptionist, is the first point of contact for anyone visiting or calling our office.
Born and raised in Trafalgar, attending Trafalgar High School, graduating in 2022. Sammy pursued a Certificate 3 in Business.
Outside of work Sammy enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Erin joined our firm in 2023.
Erin has worked in the legal industry for over 20 years starting as a receptionist and working her way up from there. Erin has worked in many areas of Law including Commercial Leases, Wills, Family Law, Conveyancing and Running the Trust account.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys baking with her children and spending time with family and friends.
Lorraine joined our firm in 2023 with the acquisition of O’Halloran Davis Lawyers. Lorraine began her legal career as a Junior Clerk after leaving school and has worked in various firms in Victoria and Queensland.
We are fortunate to gain her wealth of knowledge and her long history with OHD. Lorraine brings with her experience in most areas of law and works predominantly in Wills and Estate Administration.
Outside of work, Lorraine enjoys catching up with family and friends, walking her dog and travelling.
Vanessa Joined our firm in 2023.
Born in Morwell and raised in Yinnar, she brings a deep understanding of the local community to her role. Vanessas journey in law began in 2018, marking the commencement of a career characterized by dedication and expertise in estate matters.
Vanessa's role in our firm underscores her commitment to delivering precise and empathetic guidance to clients during challenging times.
Outside of work Vanessa enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to concerts and loves Melbourne Storm.
Trudi joined our firm in 2024.
Trudi was born and raised on the Mornington Peninsula, moving to Gippsland 16 years ago to raise her children in our beautiful country environment. Trudi has worked in the legal industry as a Conveyancer for over 25 years, and has further acquired knowledge in the areas of Commercial Law, Family Law, Estates and Wills and Powers of Attorney.
Outside of work, Trudi enjoys spending time with her children, grandchild, family and friends, horse riding and live music events.
Zara joined our firm in 2023 and is currently studying her Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing at RMIT University.
Born and raised in Newborough, she now lives in Warragul with her partner Jake, in their newly built home.
Outside of work, you'll find Zara hanging out with her friends or family or on the couch with a book in her hand.
Marie joined our firm in 2022.
Born and raised in Thorpdale, Marie has been involved with local businesses for 32 years. Whether in the livestock or real estate industry or with her own bookkeeping business, Marie is known for her great customer service, attention to detail and friendly personality.
Outside of work Marie enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and large extended family.
